OK, Now that my family has forgiven my grumpiness... I have had wonderful cottage cheese mixed with hard boiled eggs this morning.  I also snuck in a 1/2 t. of peanut butter.  Argghhh!  BUT other than that, I'm on track.   I have lost 5 pounds so far, but I'm not sure how much of that is 'cleansing'.  On day 1 I had about 800 calories with achiev ones and 100 gr. of protein.  I also drank 2.5 l. of water.  On day 2 I had about 600 calories and 80 gr. of protein - also with achiev one.  I drank almost 2 liters of water.  and yes, I have been taking my supplements, too. Today, I have had 2 servings of cottage cheese mixed with hard boiled egg and will be having another for lunch.  I also had an achiev one on my drive to work.  I did cheat and have a tall cup of coffee from Starbuck's.  Afterwards, I will be having tuna with hard boiled egg.  I am continuing my water, but so far only have 1/5 liter down. WOW!!!  After this I only have two more days!!!!! Thank you all for your kind words and your support.  They truly mean alot to me.  This is an incredible journey and I constantly need to remind myself the ride is not over!!!

WOW! You are doing great!

I only find one small fault with this. You DID NOT cheat.

Its say to try to reduce your caffeine intake as well, but do not stop caffeine cold turkey or you will feel sick and frustrated potentially losing the desire to continue with the pouch test. So you didn't cheat.

Holy Cow Bells Batman, 5 pounds WOW! Keep up the great work.

YOU ROCK!!!

Thanks Ms. Shell!!!  The good thing is today I felt the 'fullness' when I ate.  I had not felt that way in a while because of all the slider foods I was eating.  I feel a renewed committment to working my tool!!!

Thanks Catt!  Yes, I have survived Day 4 and whew... I'm glad that's over.  I did have a bite of a donut (really, only a bite) and I felt so guilty I left the rest.  I guess it's back to the accountability!!!  BUT I feel GOOD!!!  One more day...

Hi Becky, Yes, the 5 pounds are good, but even better is the food choices I am recommitting myself to making.   I feel like a newbie during her honeymoon - I feel good!!!

Funny, I did a finger full of peanut butter too! I've been sticking to around 600-800 as well. had some canned salmon...then stuck with protien shakes cuz I was out and about all day today. I haven't gotten on the scale (time will tell). I have to say, I'm feeling pretty good today. I worked tonight (so weds. night is always take out). We usually get Pick up sticks. Today, low on money, we went to carls Jr. the kids got burgers and milk (we don't do fries).  They had to eat in the car on the way to work. burger smell filled the car, but didn't tempt me one bit! I love it! Hasta Manana, Rachel
