1st Week Post-Op Appt
Hey April,
Good job on the 18 lbs!! I had really bad liquid (poop) for the first week too. Then I got really really constipated. Bruno peppers with my hard boiled egg in the morning makes me right as rain. I had my one month on Tue. Down 31. Slowly on our way to new people!! Keep up the good work.

Hey April!! Congrats to you! I am very happy to see that you have finally had the surgery!
On the C-diff thing: I had it for wayt too long; in fact, I was in the hosptial for two weeks because of it. I understand what it feels like. I pray this infection on no one. Please email me letting me what is going on okay? I hope things are going well for you!
Again, congrats!
Denise
Hi April,
The C-diff did not go away until Coats had me under some serious Anti-Biotics. There were moments were it seemed as if the C-diff subsided, but then it would come back in all it's horror. There are ways to tell if you have it, but they are not pretty. Dr. Coats and Diana both believed I had caught C-diff the same time that I had my surgery, which was september 11th. However, I was admitted into the hospital for C-diff in November, so I had it for a full three months.
C-diff is very serious, I mean, the nurses would come into my secluded room wearing yellow robes, and face masks. It was a hard time for me, but I am happy that through the anit-biotics I no longer have it.
I hope that helped answer your questions.
