Morning beautiful people!  It is Monday!!  Yippee!!  I hope that everyone had a great weekend and let's start the week off on the right foot with reminding ourselves what to be thankful for... 1.  My hunka burning love hubby that had a safe mission last night~ wasn't planned, but all went well.  Please keep him in your thoughts for the next 2 days, as he has to go out and travel. 2.  My kids- had some stressful times with them this weekend (just trying to keep them entertained with no $$) and we all got out and washed our cars yesterday and that was a lot of fun! AND, they did a pretty darn fine job....so, anyone on base need their car washed?  We would only charge 2 bucks a car.  LOL 3. My friends- always there for me with kind words, extra support, thoughts and prayers and a BIG thank you to Janine for helping me with my paper.  4. Finally got approval with my insurance to start my physical therapy with the ortho surgeon.  I go tomorrow for my first session of traction.  Some new fangled way of doing things and I am hopeful that it will help! 5. My upcoming weekend- my sis is driving up from San Diego and we are going to take the kids to Monterey and enjoy the scenery. Can't wait to get away!! 6.  As always, my tool and the constant reminder that I can not eat like I used to! Have some slip-ups along the way with those bad eating habits sneaking back into my life, but I am trying to get a handle on things. Okay, enough about me- let's hear yours!! Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Hey Chica...long time no see.  Speaking of your sister, did she tell you that I've run into she and your brother in law several times at the gym lately?  I actually see them every day & she looks awesome, as usual!   Take Care. Jenn

Hi Vicki, I am thankful that my Mom is still with us to celebrate another Mother's Day. She has been fighting Ovarian Cancer since 2001. I am thankful for all the men and women serving in our military; risking their lives every day to protect the U.S.A.  I am thankful for my beautiful daughter who has grown into a wonderful mature young woman. She found out this morning that she will be working at KTLA all Summer for the morning newscast! I am so proud of her.  I am thankful that I am able to go see my Mom and all my old friends for a week!  I am thankful for all the wonderful friends I have made on OH.  Have a GREAT day Vicki!

I'm thankful that my little bean is still baking.  Granted I'm only 7 weeks but with the scares I've had this past week with a bit of brown & red bleeding...my bedside u/s showed an intact sac & my beta last week was nice & high.  So...now I'm just waiting for my repeat beta today to make sure it's still going up.  Only 5 more weeks until I'm outta the 1st trimester!
