I need my A$$ kicked!
Hey ya'll! I need some serious motivation. My baby is now three months old and I still have 20 pounds of pregnancy FAT to lose. I had to go out and buy new pants (size 14)! That's pretty bad considering how many pairs I have given away over the past 2 years since surgery. I want to get back into my size 10s and be proud of myself and lookin' HOT for my 10 year high school reunion in October.
So, I have about 22 weeks to lose 20 pounds. Totally doable, right? But I am finding it hard to break my pregnancy eating habits! Plus, being home alone all day with the baby has just resulted in frequent snacking... stuff I can easily grab and eat with one hand. Granola bars, fruit roll ups, mini muffins. Yikes!
Starting today, I am doing a day of all liquids to jump start my new plan and new attitude. Isn't there a 5-day jump start diet out there? Anyone have a link to it? Anywho, I could really use some support from the REAL losers out there. Not any of that "use your tool" advice, cause umm, duh. But some serious motivation!
