~5/5/08 - Surgery tomorrow!!! SAY A PRAYER 4 ME!!!~

So, I am finally here. At 11:00am I am scheduled to have my RNY WLS. FINALLY!  I am not nervous for some reason.  I have been anxious off & on for the past week or so.  But today I feel at peace.  I am not stressed or scared.  Isn't that strange.  I have so much left to do tonight before I lay my head down on my pillow.  I have to pack my bag still and make sure that my stomach is "empty".  The  medicine that I took did not do anything.  Strange! I hope that will not cause my surgery to be delayed.

please Please PLEASE say a prayer for me and keep me in your thoughts through out the day tomorrow.  My husband will be going with me to the hospital. My mom is staying at our house with our 5 year old daughter Ashleigh.  I am sure that all will go well.  I just need to say this one more time to all of you. 

{ THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPORT } You have all be wonderful. I never thought I would actually get to have WLS. There were several close calls and I felt like throwing in the towel more than one time.  I stuck it out and now look! I made it!

So - - THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!  I will never forget the way you all helped me.

I will be posting when I come home from the hospital.  I think that will be on Tuesday afternoon.

Sara all you are feeling is normal! I wish you all the best tomorrow and will be thinking of you!!!! Just remember to do everything your doc says and things are going to be all up hill from here on out!!!  

Sara - Congrats you are gonna do great....I will be saying a prayer for you and keeping you in my thoughts.  And like Janine said, just mind all your drs orders and you will be a WLS superstar.  We are keeping a seat warm for  you on the losers bench.

Thank you all for the much needed well wishes and constant support.  I am leaving my house here in a few minutes to go to the hospital.  I will post an update upon my return home!
