PROTEIN DRINK TO SWEET

Thanks. I never thought about adding Crystal Light to the protein drink, what a good idea

I am using Prostat 64 (natural flavor) mixed with no sugar added apple juice. Yummy!  A friend gave me a bottle of Body Choice Weight Loss formula in Strawberry Citrus. Its a  liquid protein from Costco (on sale now for $10 instead of $23) to try.  I bought 4 bottles! Its good and I mix it with a bit of water so its not so strawberry.  Great to take to work or to my kids soccer games! I also tried some sample of the Syntrax Nectars. Hated the Fuzzy Navel but loved the Lemon Tea and ordered some from Amazon. Shop around when you find what you like and compare prices. The Necart Lemon Tea was anywhere from $23 to $64 for two pounds!  I am looking for powdered protein to add to foods. Anyone with suggests please email me!

Tired of mixing?  I used the WorldWide protein drinks.  I didn't find them too sweet and they came in a variety of flavors.  I got them at The Vitamin Shoppe.  Just buy a couple to start and see if you like them, then if you do, get a case of them, it's like 50 cents cheaper a can.  I liked the ease of them for one, and maybe if they are too sweet for you, you can add water or a little non fat milk to it, but not alot, it's got those pesky carbs. Hey Diane! How's the new challenge?  My left side is much better, still reminds me that it is there, but I am sooo happy that the major pain is gone.  I don't know where a Vitamin Shoppe is, if you have that information, give me a call when you get a chance. Shardon

I use "on" 100% Whey Protein, very good.  Not too sweet, tastes like Ovaltine (spelled wrong).  You can get it from the Vitaman shoppe.  Only $24. Valerie
