Hi Melody, I would love to try kayaking (I cannot believe I just typed that).   I know for next weekend I am booked, but weekend after next till the end of the month I will be available.  I will keep a lookout on the boards for the info.  Kim

I've ALWAYS wanted to try kayaking!!! It's right near my house and I was always envious of those skinny people in those skinny boats.
A few weeks ago someone asked me on a date to go kayaaking and I got all flustered and said no because I didn't know if I was too heavy to get a kayak.  Do you know if there's a weight limit???
If I'm light enough, I'm in!!!!
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

I have been wanting to do this too. I have been a couple times on trips but never near home. I keep telling my family I want to buy a kayak so it could be a hobby. I would totally be up for an outing. Michelle

This sounds like a lot of fun.  I would love more details on this.  And Monica, is that a new pic?  I love it!
