I know what an exciting time it is for you going for your first consult to rid the rest of yourself from your former body. I do not know anyone who has the dedication and discipline you have in the gym and just working your tool.

You have overcome a lot in your life and it will be a pleasure to see you come full circle with yourself! You are a pretty, smart, funny woman...not to mention buffed out and i could not be happier for you! I am proud to call you a friend girlie!!!

Today is another new step. I'm working at being the best self I can be.

It is true, I'm dedicated... I made the commitment to myself when I finally decided to have RNY. I took what my doctor said to heart, he could give me the tool, the rest would be up to me. He was honest.
