Oh Lu - I am so sorry for you loss....I truly know how hard it is as I just had to say "good-bye" to one of my kitties last month....no matter how old, young, breed, whatever, it is never easy to say good bye. But at least we know that we have the power to ease their suffering and let them go in peace. Have you ever read the poem "The Rainbow Bridge" If not you should....it is beautiful... Sending you lots of hugs.....

Lu I am sorry you are feeling so much pain. But please recognize your love for Max. Only a deep love such as yours would allow you to do what was best for Max. And I am sure that he knew he could count on you to do the right thing . Max had a wonderful life with you honey. Love you
