It's Officiall Whacky WeighIn Wednesday!
Good morning!! CUTE dress!!!! I am holding at 164, don't remember what last week was, but I am trying to eat healthy to help battle the depression I am going through. They tell me that eating healthy and not starving will get me better quicker. So I will be o.k. if I don't lose anything for a few weeks if it will help me win the depression battle.
Happy Wednesday to all!!!

WWW: I'm down 2 lbs. I'm 140 lbs. as of today
(5 lbs. below low goal).
I've not tried to lose weight, I've added a few hundred calories of protein each day. I do workout hard and often. Losing weight is hard, we all know that. For me personally through all my former diet attempts, I've failed at maintenance, therefore the weight-gain. I also do not see myself as others see me. Anyhow, I really need to get this extra skin off of me as it plays on my mind. I'm sure some of you understand where I'm coming from. I feel as though I'm caught between my old physical being and my future self, a place I never thought I'd be.
Off to my plastics consult in Beverly Hills tomorrow afternoon w/Dr. Andre Aboolian. Everything feels right. Now, I'm not nervous.
I'll see what Dr. Aboolian has to say, $, see what insurance will cover, timeline and go under the knife... hopefully soon. I know I'm a very strong person, my life experience has proven this to me. I think my only fear is that I'm not sure if I'm a strong enough person to go through those first two weeks of recovery. It's going to be difficult. I know that I will find out and am willing to discover this part about myself. This is a journey after all.
Have a good day Janine and Cali Crew!

That dress is adorable Janine!!! Like everyone else, I can't wait to see a picture of you in it!
Woo Hoo for Katt and April, they are in my prayers of course and I'm thrilled to move on over for both of them!!!
Well, I really thought I would gain about 10 pounds on my cruise. I did overendulge on more carbs and sugars than I normally allow. I figured it was okay to splurge once in awhile on special occassions. Unfortunately I don't dump much so I can do that!! ugh It is very easy to get spoiled when it comes to eating on a cruise, but I did eat fruits and salads every day, more than usual so it must have balanced out. I'm happy to say I only gained 0.5 pounds!!! WOO HOO!!!!
I am planning on starting the 5DPT on Monday. Been talking about it for awhile now because I have been up and down the same 5 pounds for 3 months now. I don't think I eat enough (well I did on the cruise hee hee) and I need to get back on the daily food log to keep on track. Hopefully I will be having hernia repair soon so I hope the 5DPT and hernia repair jumpstart my weightloss again!!! I'm thrilled with my 100 pound loss, but I have more to go, I don't want to be done!
Have a great rest of the week everyone and will someone "please quit rocking the boat, it's enough already!!!" lmao
biggest hugs, Becky
Surgery was RNY 5/21/07...I can be found on Facebook: anewbecboo or Becky Reddick
