Cheri is in the hospital

I wanted to let you all know that Cheri was admitted to Clovis Community Hospital yesterday after having violent dry-heaving with red, bloody mucus.  Dr. Higa did an endoscopy today, and had to do an additional surgery.  I guess her intestine was swollen and enflamed from it trying to roll up or something like that.  You'll have to get the specifics from her when she gets back.  The important thing is shes awake and feeling pretty good.  She said her throat hurts more than anything, and shes not even being administered Morphine, so she must be feeling pretty good.  Please keep her in your prayers and thoughts for a speedy recovery!  Oh yeah, and its her birthday today...HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERI!!!!

I am so sorry to hear about Cheri, good to hear she is awake and feeling pretty good. I will keep her in my prayers for a full and speedy recovery. 

Aw man!  I was wondering where she had been.  Please pass on my love to her and quick healing thoughts.  Any idea how long she will be in the hospital?

She will be there at least until tomorrow, but I do not know beyond that. 

hmm...I have to be up in the Selma area tomorrow morning, if I have time before I have to be back to get my little guy from preschool, then I am going to try to go see her.

Oh my.... poor Cheri! But it sounds like they got it all straightened out now...
