LB Coffee Reminder

Hi All Just a reminder that tomorrow is our LB coffee gathering. Starbucks 2890 Bellflower Blvd LB  In the Kmart/Lowes Center at Spring st and Bellflower Blvd. Time is 10:00 am till whenever And remember - ifyou have any clothes you can no longer wear bring them along.  We usually have some great luck with the clothing exchange thing...I know that I for sure have gotten some really cute things. Hope to see you all there......

Hey Jean, We are going to try to make it before the baseball game, can't stay to long but enough to say "Hi".

Hi I'm new and would like to possibly join in with you all. I have not had surgery and am trying to figure out if my insurance will cover it. I have United health care but it hasn't kicked in yet. Hubby began a new job so it is a new policy. I'm shy in general but thought if I could get out around others - maybe it would help. Could you tell me what kind of things you all talk about or is it mostly coffee klatsch? Thanks, GO.

Hi GO Please please come and join us.....we are a very open and friendly group and we love new comers.... We talk about everything....how we are doing, what we can eat what we can't eat, how much we have lost, what we are going through just to get auth to have surgery-you name it we talk about it.  And it isn't always about WLS either....boyfriends, jobs, clothes....we run the gammet of talk and it is usually non stop gabbing. So, we will welcome you with open arms.  we usually are outside on the patio so don't be shy - just come on out and hang with us..... See you all tomorrow.....
