Haven't done the Team in Training program, but some of us here have done the Aids Project LA program.  From what I hear the Team in Training is very similar.  If so.....it will be a great program and you will have so much fun out there.  What marathon do they train for?

I don't know all of the specifics (I'll find out at the info meeting tonight) but I read somewhere about a Nike run in San Francisco.  I think it will be a good way to get in shape and to meet people while at the same time doing some work for charity.  This will be a bit tough since I am not very athletic but the regemented nature of it may help be develop some good exercising habits.

I did the "Train to end stroke" program and trained for the Honolulu marathon. It was really a great experience.. the fund raising was a bit hard but I did it.
