This is my meal intake for today...I usually try to plan it all out and then eat off of my list I create in the morning.  The all bran crackers are divided up during the day.  My NUT recommended them since they are high in fiber and I get all backed up..if you know what I mean!  I just don't know how to get protein in and get rid of the carbs...yogart has them...and my NUT told me to try to do 2 a day...what do you think of it???

Ralphs sells a brand of yogurt called "Carb Master"  a 6-ounce serving has 80 calories, 4 grams carbs and 12 grams protein.   I liked the vanilla flavor and sometimes I'd mix in vanilla protein powder for an added boost.  Also if you mixed your protein shake with water or less milk you might cut down on the carbs as well.

You're doing great, keep up the good work on being diligent with what you eat!!

Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Looks very good.  I would add some leafy green vegetables though (esp spinach).  Spinach has both iron and potassium.  It also has fiber.  It can be cooked or eaten raw like the leafs in a salad.  You might want to add a small amount of regular fruit to the diet too.  Oranges, tomatoes, raisins all are high in potassium and can keep you regular.  If you add the above (but don't go hog wild), you will continue to lose at a normal level.  The honeymooning stage usually last 6 months.  You have plenty of time to get to goal.  Don't forget to smell and taste the roses along the way (avoid the thorns).  Brian

You should be getting more green veggies and more carbs from other sources. Your yogurt is way too high in carbs. You can get Dannon Light and Fit where a 4 ounces serving is only 3 carbs. If you want to get off the rest of your 60 lbs, I would suggest that you up your protien, lose the crackers, and high carb intake stuff and get between 40-50 carbs a day. My carbs come from vegetable and fruits mostly and I have not gone past 50 carbs a day since right before the 1st of the year. Doing this has enabled me to lose 40 lbs easily.

CARBS ARE THE WEIGHT LOSS BLOCKER and LACK OF PORTION CONTROL  wherever you are in your journey!!

Best to you!
