April....good numbers.  With the treatment you should be all ironed-up and ready for RNY action.  You have the best attitude.  Way to hang in there and roll with things.  I believe that 'karma' is always rewarded.  All your positive actions will come back to you...hopefully w/a wonderful hassel free RNY and the weight just melting off. YEAH!  I'm so glad to hear that your iron levels are up and that you'll be able to FINALLY have surgery!  Keep us posted.  I can't wait to see you on the loosers bench!
