a question for those who had surgery at Cedar Sinai

Hi there, just make sure you get put on the 8th floor.  I had my surgery last week, 8th floor was full and I was put on 7th floor.  I did not feel the nurses knew enough about WLS... as one offered me a "pill" for pain.. I told her I can't take that, she then went to get another nurse who seemed to know more.  Anyways, tell your doctor you want the Bariatric area of the 8th floor... I would have had a much better experience if there were not full and I was on the 8th floor... just my advice!  Thanks, Michelle
