Modesto Area get together Saturday, April 26th

OK, April is having surgery, I got a new job and am moving away, and the rest of you are just plain FABULOUS!  We need to get together and celebrate! So what does everyone think about this day?  I am only available for lunch, because I am doing the March of Dimes walk at 9am, and I will be spending the evening with my family (Saturday is also the anniversary of the day my Dad died ) So what is everyone up for? We could go to a restaurant, or have a potluck at a park (if it's not too cold and windy!)  I got good coupons for Chevy's in the mail today if anyone is interested in that. Let me know what you think!

He DeAnna.. well Saturday afternoon looks great for me.. I have plans in the early evening.. my church is having its concert that evening and we have to practice..  But I am there for the afternoon time.. I don't mind where we go.. I am just along for the visit.. fear food these days so it will be a beverage for me no matter where we go..lol  So sorry that the anniversary of your father's passing is Saturday.. but if you are anything like me.. then you will take comfort in spending it on other things, and with others then dwelling on the loss.   (((BIG HUGS)))  I will keep my eyes open for a response on what is best for everyone and then you can count me in!!  Look forward to seeing you soon!!

Why do these fun gatherings always happen when I have 'family' obligations?  Either that or everyone else is busy and my kids would have to tag along (eeek. I'd be banned from all events after that!) Seriously...I'm bummed.  However...DeAnna we will have to have another gathering to send you off to Monterey!  I'm so proud of you!  congrats!  Lisa

I'm so sorry- I'll be in Sonora for a play on Saturday afternoon. I'm good for Sunday if you end up changing the date. I'm so glad that you have so much to celebrate! Congratulations to both of you! Julia

I can do Sunday if April and MaryLouise can!  I just know that MaryLouise is usually very busy on Sundays with church activities.  But you HAVE to be there Julia!  We will get it worked out!

I would so love to see everyone there on Sunday.. I am busy in the am's and early afternoon on Sundays.. but if you have it after 1pm then I am good to go.. just let me know ok.. if you can't then go ahead and make it when its convienent to all of you.. Hey guys =) Saturday would be great for me too. I work that evening but the afternoon is juuuust fine. Sunday is no good for me because I will have worked the entire night on Saturday so.......Hopefully we can get something planned.....=) I'm down for anywhere. Red Lobster was tasty last time.....Chevy's is tasty as well.... Tiffany

So it looks like the majority are good with Saturday. I can really go either day, so you just finalize and let me know when and where. I like Chevy's, Olive Garden, Red Lobster... anywhere.
