Hello everyone, I just wanted to say that I just tried the Achieve One Protein Drink in Mocha Java for my lunch for this WONDERFUL Pre-Op diet that I'm on. It was actually pretty darn good. You can still taste the hint of protein, but I thought it was one of the better ones I have had. Just in case you were interested in knowing...

I have used them a few times. I am one of the lucky ones that dump on it if I drink it to fast. Big time dump, but I also dump on other protien drinks. I have to drink them really, really slow. And still sometimes I get ouchy pouchy.

Its great that you can drink them. They are the BOMB!!

Where did you purchase them? I might a woman at my doctor's office and she said she bought them at Costco, but I cannot seem to find them anywhere.

So far, I think I am the only OHer that HATES Achieve One!!! lmoa I have tried all the flavors, tried adding flavors to them and no matter what I do to it, they taste like

Becky, I'm sorry you don't like them very much. I keep wondering if I will still like it after surgery since taste buds do sometimes change, but I guess I won't know until then, now will I??? Did you try them before or just after?

They got to be too pricey for me so I make my own now. Coffee, and unflavored GNC powder, sometimes cholate or vanilla. I make them 30grms per. So 24 oz iced coffee and 30 grms protien about 74 cents for the protien and less than a dollar for the coffee (if I make it at home) or $2.65 at starbucks. This is my breakfast EVERY DAY... UMMMMMMMMM
