Turlock (or close) RNY Support Groups?

does anyone know of any in this area that are going on?

On the first Monday of each month there is a WLS support group meeting at the Memorial Health Education and Conference Center in Modesto.  It's from 6pm-8pm, the address is 1700 McHenry Avenue, Suite 60B.  It's in the back of McHenry Village, across the way from a restaurant called "Gourmet Buffet".  It's open to pre and post ops, any type of WLS, but most people are RNY.  It's quite large, usually over a hundred people.  A lot of people from here go, it's usually fun.  Hope to see you there!

It's the same place where I went to a pre-op seminar, but not the same as the pre-op class, so I'm not sure.  Just make sure you go to the Memorial Health Education and Conference Center in McHenry Village, not The Health Center over on Coffee, by the hospital.   See you there!  I have a friend from Turlock coming next time, too!  Yay!

This is an apartment complex and we meet in the club house by the swiming pool Kaiser also has it's own RNY support group they recently started in Modesto but I am not sure of the details. I am sure you can contact Kaiser for more info you have them!  Hope this helps!

opps... i meant i have a regularly scheduled meeting on the 2nd & 4th tuesdays already.. but i'll keep the info for when these meetings end for me next year... is this very large group too?

Hey!  That group is my home base... it has its ebb and flow.  This week's meeting was light on attendance, but the one before was packed to the doors!
