I need some advice!
DeAnna
I am with everyone else who posted about following your doctors protocal. If you are thinking about pushing the envelope this soon, then maybe you were not fully prepared to have the surgery in the first place.
Rearranging your body is serious and you should relate your new pouch to a baby who is just starting to eat...first milk, then soft foods.
WLS and life afterwards is big committment to a new lifestyle. If you follow your doctors protocal you will be successful. As you get further and further out, you are going to have to be even more vigilant in how you balance your food to maintain your weight. WLS is not a quick fix....so don't try and push the envelope. We have all been there and we feel for you....just try and find something else to do to take your mind off the hunger and the cravings (btw cravings usually do not last more than approx 20 secs).
Good luck to you and remember the seriousness of what you put your body through!
