I know it's tough--but you only need a few bites throughout the day to increase your calories.
Don't look at having to eat an entire cup of anything. Try just incremental increases:
A quarter of an apple--store the remainder in a ziplock.
Use romaine lettuce (more nutritious) and a balsalmic vinaigrette dressing (healthy fats!)
I like to use a Ka****LC bar or a South Beach bar for a higher protein snack with healthy carbs.
Just work these little changes into your routine, walk, and stay off the scale.
Have FUN things to do to take your mind off of weight-related stresses
We are done with that!!! NO MORE DIETS!!
We are learning to eat healthily and getting on with our lives not being centered around food but more important things like our family and friends.
Just a bite or two at a time in your normal intake.
And don't panic!!!
