Good Windy Morning and welcome to WWW!!

It is a blustery earlier WWW here in the desert...old mother wind has reared her ugly head again for sure! Only good thing at this point about the wind is that it brings the temps down a bit at this time of the year!

So you know the drill...numbers if you are comfortable....you know how much you lost this week, gained if you did, how your clothes feel....whatever..it is all good because we are all in this together and here to support one another!

Me: down yet another week 1.6 pds....kicking those bloody carbs....the best!!!

Now come on....don't be shy....we had a whopping week of weight loss last week....can we beat it?

Hope you all have a great day!

PEACE OUT!!! Biker Babe

Hey there and Good WWW Morning to you, and all the Cali Crew, Mz. Janine! Good Morning Am up at at 'em this morning and feeling pretty good I must say. I have a bit of a sore back but I think that's because I couldn't sleep on my side last night. The surgery site is somewhat sore and tender but the vicodin is keeping any real pain away. And the groggy haze from the anesthesia is gone and I feel more clear headed this morning! So my surgeon doesn't tend to do lap on what I had done. Used to but he said he found better success rates, for whatever reason, with traditional slice and dice. Got a nice piece of mesh installed too, which D did as well, and hopefully that will give long term support and lessen the chances of the hernia recurring there in the future. Funny story... my PCP had the same hernia and has had it repaired twice with lap and no mesh and it has come back again. Says if he gets it repaired again it will be with the surgeon he referred D and I too this time...    Belly Laugh WWW finds me having lost 3 pounds this week and I am weighing in at 206 this morning. Oops.... wrong direction again. Of course I only had soup at dinner yesterday and NPO before that. Yeah, that's my story and I am sticking to it! Roll OK, I am just being a Chatty Cathy this morning and need to shut up now!   Shut Up  Wishing you and all the Crew a Wonderful Wednesday Janine!  Big Hug  Hugs And Kisses  Kisses

Good morning Janine and Cali! I am the same this morning as last week. No loss, no gain. I had dropped 2 pounds earlier in the week and gained them back. I'm hoping after this Kidney stone comes out, things will start moving again.  Hope everyone has a great day. Sue

Hi all!

These winds sure do play havoc on my allergies... geeshhh...

As far as weigh-in... maintaining at 142 lbs. and that's a good thing!

Not up nor down... yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've lost fat and know I've gained muscle due to the workout schedule... I'm beginning to look stringy.

Have a great humpty-hump day all!

The scale doesn't seem to be moving too quickly, but I sure can tell by the clothes fitting differently and people's comments.  The more often you hear "Did you get your hair cut?" when you didn't, you know that they are noticing a change.  Kind of funny when people say that.  Everybody does it, don't they. The scale said down 1.5 from last week.  I am still on day 5 of the 5 day diet.  I have been on day 5 for several days now.  I was totally addicted to Chips Ahoy 100 calorie packs and haven't had any for a long time.  Since the day I started the 5 day diet.  I am proud that I was able to break that addiction because I didn't think I could do it. Happy Wednesday to all!!!! xo xo ox
