OT - Kidney update

Hi all, I appreciate all the kindness and support all of you have given me through this kidney nightmare. Just wanted to let you all know, surgery is scheduled for Wednesday 4/16/08 at 10:30am. I'm not clear on exactly what procedure the Dr. plans on doing but I know it is not the standard Lipsotripsy. Anyway, I would appreciate any kind thoughts or prayers or whatever it is you do on Wed around 10:30. I'm actually pretty nervous about this and I'm not exactly sure why. Thank you in advance! Sue

Hi Sue! I am glad that you will have this behind you soon. I will be thinking about you on Wednesday...you are going to do just fine! You will be up and running by Sunday to take Sammie out for pancakes! Hope you feel better soon!!!

Sue, I will keep you in my thoughts. That sure is a busy day. That is also when Lindsey has her biopsy.. I hope that they can get hold of the stone and zap it well. My good friend went thru this not too long ago. They were not able to deal with it here and she had to go to Cedars for it to be zapped. Feel better my friend Liz

Sue I am so happy to hear that the doc is going to get super stone out of there soon! Don't be freaked....you will do fine girl! bTW..save that booger and make a piece of jewelry out of it...would make for an interesting conversation piece! (I know always the artist and lover of organic material!).
