weight loss ticker HELP!!!!!

OK...before i lose my mind and throw this comp out the window....how do i get the ticker to show up Annette

You go to a site like tickerfactory.com and create a ticker. They will show you a picture of what you have created. Copy (Ctrl C or right click copy) the actual picture of the ticker (not the html code) directly from tickerfactory and come back to this site and paste (Ctrl V or right click paste) it in the section under User Settings (<--- left side of the screen, above the ads) and it will appear as a signature be sure to click on "enable signature"  and save.

To test it come back to this thread and reply to yourself.
