Meet our new collie puppies Tatiana and Tiramisu!

Tatiana, named after the beautiful tiger that was shot at the SF zoo, has the brown face with an all white body. Tiramisu has a black face with a splotch on her side, and one on her rump that wiggles when walks.

Tati and Tira are just 4 weeks old, and will be ready to come home to us in mid-May!!! We went to visit them in Napa yesterday and met their 6 other litter mates and their parents.

Tati is a bit on the mellow side, pretty content to curl up for a snooze. Tira is more outgoing and adventurous, I am sure we will be the mischevious one.

We thought long and hard about what breed we wanted and did a lot of research. Collies are amazingly loyal dogs, easy to train, not overly loud or destructive, and fantastic with children. You don't really see them around much anymore, so these girls were hard to find!

What a trip down memory lane I just went. When I was very very young we had a collie. I loved that big ole dog.....they are so very pretty. Thanks for sharing.

OMGosh they are tooo adorable!!! I'm so jealous!!! Like Kim, I wish I lived close enough to walk with you guys!!! I had a collie when I was a little girl and my Dad and his wife had a min. collie when my girls were younger, they are great dogs!!! Good choice and great names!! Thanks for sharing!!!! hugs, Becky

They are just TOO CUTE! I love puppies...but no more for me...I already have 2 dogs, 3 cats, a toddler & now another baby baking...I have a housefull! Congrats on the puppies!

They are gorgeous!! Congrats... be careful out there walking.... a neighbor's Pitt ran out of it's house and attacked my beautiful dog Amber 2 weeks ago... (picture on my profile).... I've never seen a white collie, I don't think.... what beautiful coloring!! mazel tov! Lori
