omg I HAVE A NORMAL BMI
I've been lurking for a while...as I tend to do. I have about 15 more lbs to lose to meet my goal - i think a lot of it is skin...but i still have to try - but to the point of the post....i just checked my BMI....and it's normal! say what??? yeah I said normal....IM NORMAL!! I may just cry right now.
i do need some help though w/ this last 15 lbs. i know i'm not exercising which is something i know i need to do. i make excuses but it is hard when i have full time work & full time school, i'm tired when i get home and the last thing i want to do is work out. i do walk more on campus (i go to cal state fullerton) and i try to take the stairs for my classes on upper floors.
i guess i need food ideas, easy exercises that i can squeeze in daily to help out. i don't know but i know i need help.
any suggestions will be appreciated.

Congratulations on a being "normal", you deserve to cry!!! You have done a great job with your tool!!!
I don't have any advice, because I still have a ways to do and I too am bad at the exercise issue, but I'm sure you will figure it out!! I can send hugs and congratulations though, Becky
