Thanks for the warning! I really appreciate it. I have been reading about the stent and it does not sound pleasant at all. I am one that likes to be prepared too. I'm not sure exactly which procedure he is going to do. He said something about going in with a scope and getting a visual, breaking it up and pulling it out. I hope the stent is removed before I have to leave for Canada...... Thanks again, Sue
