More Derby Day Info --- For those who are missing their results
Hello My Fellow Runners:
For those of you who have not found your results on the Kinane Events website, you need to contact Scott Muirhead directly:
email : [email protected] or phone (760)602-1011
Please provide Name, bib #, approximate finish time, and whether or not you participated in the Masters 5K or the Open 5K. Scott said that he would track it down and post the results on the website later today.
I will tell you this much, if their time is more than mine, I will keep my original time (50:35); if it is less, I will take theirs.

My iPod timed me from start-to-finish line, 52 minutes.....I trust the iPod. I called Scott and gave him my bib number, let's see if he can figure out my official time.
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired in the morning, noon, and night. But the body is never tired if the mind is not tired."

Considering I loligaged and took pictures and enjoyed the view (all while trying to beat an old main with a rolling walker). ANYWAY, I know their time doesn't take into account where in the starting you started. We were in the back and didn't cross the "start" until about 5 minutes after it started.
I did it in my anticipated 60 minutes. Their time clocked me at 1:06. Can't wait to see you guys again. I'm actually doing the Revlon 5K on 5/10 with my buddies...this time I'll be serious and no pictures during =)

Okay folks.
I checked back on the website and here are the results.
Place: 1604
Sex Place: 762
Division Place: 130
Time: 50:36 (just one second over my time--I can accept /deal with that)
Pace: 16:16 (the little old ladies/gents inspired me to do better)
Bib #: 4101
In conclusion, I shaved off 9:20 from L.A. Marathon. Not bad, huh.
