I called the bariatric department and was told that Bev. is not going to be able to make it tonight because she is sick.  So, they have cancelled the group.  I have posted this on the Yahoo site as well.  If you are able - please let everyone know about this.  If anyone has any questions they can message me or contact Richmond Bariatrics at (510)-307-2915.  I have to warn you that they are updating their phone lines and it is hard to get through to a live person. I chose option #3 and finally got someone.

To those of you who are normall attenders, I hope to see you at the next group meeting on Wednesday April 23rd at 6:00pm.
