dropping in from MIA Land

I don't know if anyone remembers me, but I sure miss everybody.  I have been thinking a lot lately about old habits and staying on track.  OH helped me to stick around people who I can relate too and talk with and keep me on track.  I wanted so bad to live the "normal" life and pretend that I was never fat.  I wanted to try and put the weight behind me and move on.  Well it doesn't happen quite like that.  I need support now I think more than ever because old habits never die.  Just coming and lurking at the message boards has helped me today.  The 5 day pouch test sounds great and I am going to have to try it.   I thank God have not gained any weight back but I don't want to come close to starting.  I need to surround myself with people who can relate to me and what I go through.  I miss everyone and I hope to start making time to come here and keep in touch.  This believe it or not is great support and I need to be a supporter as well.  Thanks for letting me late night gab and I will look forward to coming here more often.  Hello everyone!!! love,  Dana Cool

Hi Dana!!! It's good to meet you! I'm so glad you have come back for support before you gain some weight back, that is great!! I can't imagine any of this journey without OH and the great people I have met and "met"!!! Well, well, well.....look who the wind blew in!!!! Gosh Dana...you sure are a blast from the pastand I am glad to see you come back and post. You look fantastic!  A number of "old" timers have been showing their faces and a number of people are doing the 5 day pouch test. It works for sure. Glad to hear that you have maintained, but realized nothing is forever unless you work at it and get support.

Keep that pretty mug around now and don't be a stranger!  

The wind blew me in alright Janine.  I just have been feeling the not relating to people lately.  I now have friends that never knew me fat.  They don't really know my story.  Some think I have always been thin.  Which is fine sometimes but then other times I still feel like I am battling an addiction alone.  It is great to hear from you and I hope to keep in touch!!! OMG Steve, first of all you look absolutely amazing and I hope you feel as good as you look.  Second OMG wow I was a big one wasn't I.  Sometimes that picture feels like yesterday and other times it feels so long ago.  I never want to forget where I came from though so thank you for sharing that.  It is so good to hear from you.
