Plastic Surgeons that take Blue Cross

I am trying to find out what Plastic surgeons that take Blue Cross. Preferably northern california and that I don't have to pay out of pocket for. I have insurance approval for a full tummy tuck but can't seem to find a surgeon that will take the insurance without charging me 1500 and up out of pocket to secure my date.. etc.. which I won't ever see again of course. Anybody help?

Before 09/2005 BMI:57.5
After 09/2007 BMI.28.9
Now 09/2012 BMI 46.4

Hate to tell you Heather, but most ps surgeon's are going to charge you up front for ps. I know contractually if a doc is a contracted provider they cannot charge, but I do not know how many ps are on blue cross as a provider. I know I had to pay 10 grand up front for my body lift and I have blue cross, but Katzen was not a provider either. Good luck to you on this one!

Heather Call Dr. Eric Mariotti in Concord, he is the best and Blue Cross paid for my tummy tuck and arm lift with him. Lisa

I think he charges $500 to secure your surgery date. He is great with weight loss surgery patients. Good luck
