Hey SP, Thank you for the well wishes and concern.  The run was good.  I am getting better with my time.  50:35.  The weather was cold , but started to warm up.  We stayed for 4 races.  I made one $2 bet for #7 on the 3rd , but he came in second place.  You know, beer after a run sure tastes good.
