Please forgive me

I promise it was NOT my fault. I swear I paid my bill no matter what Gene says. The power went out last night, so Cindy and I didn't wake up until just after 7. To late to make the run. I am sorry I missed  seeing everyone.

I hope that everyone had a great run/walk.

just pay the stinkin' bill, Lu! Now you have to pay the reconnect fee PLUS some blood money (..deposit)... Sheesh.. I know that one from experience! It was fun to see all the friends from OH - Kim, Monica P., Michcelle and several friends, Jill and her son, Kirsten and Nathan and a friend, Kevin A., na my twins and I - hopefully I didn't leave anyone out! We were bummed that you and Cindy didn't make it up for the race, but hopefully you enjoyed sleeping in! I lost my butt on the ponies, but came home and did the recycling and made most of it back! Lucky? pfft! The race was fun... I got permission from my kids to take off and so I did... I don't know my actual time but figure it to be about 31 give or take a few seconds, which I am very pleased with. I know I was running at between 8:35 - 9:45 all the way through... and more importantly didn't give in to the little voices that said to take a break... they've been killing me lately! I'm not going to say who won the battle, but well... nevermind... I don't want to give it away! See you next time! C h e e r s, gene

Hey Lu, Sorry we did not get to see each other.    Maybe another race. G. Daddy- you forgot me (it's all good). I did the 5K in 50:35.  That is almost 10 mins. off the first one.  Training must be helping. Kim

I so wanted to join everyone since the race was in my backyard.  However, I was giving the EXPLORE test to about 100 seventh and eighth graders at the time. I am finishing day 5 of the 5 Day Pouch Test today.  I can not believe that I am, as of this morning, down 11 pounds!!!!  WTF???  How can this be?  Must be water weight, huh? JudyAnne

Lu, don't feel bad. I didn't wind up doing the walk. I slept wrong thurday night and tweaked something in my lower back. But I did walk around the infield looking for OHers. Didn't find any. Sorry I missed everyone, but I did manage to get my walk in...lol
