Question - Citracal Creamy Bites
LOL I was just going to get on here and post about the Creamy Lemon ones!!! Beware of Viactiv ! It is not Citrate. It is carbonate and I bought 2 boxes of the lemon citrical bites at Rite Aide today. I had never had them and YUM....BUT I heard they have been discontinued!!! I am not sure if it is true or not...but if so...boo hoo!!!

With the carbonate, you only get half the amount of calcium that you need. Your bones just don't absorb it. So scratch what is stated on the container, you only get half of that. With citrate, you get the whole amount. I learned that during a support group meeting , where our group leader was just diagnosed with osteoporosis after taking Viactiv for several months.
Without struggle, there is no progress.
