who's play'n today??? Come on Cali crew it has been really slow on these posts the last few days so who's with me and being accountable for what we eat. Here goes for me...... LND~chili and broccilli LNS~ fudgesicle B~protein shake S~slice of cheese L~nada S~edeamne(sp?) beans D~chicken vits~done water~almost done excrise~softball tonight and walking the dogs

Ok I'll play today LND - 4 oz salmon LNS - soy frozen dessert thingy - ice cream sandwich, real small but real yummy. Early am- worldwide protein shake B - Oatmeal with strawberries S - none L - Lettuce, HB egg, 3 oz canned white chicken and 1 oz cheese (as a salad mixed with a little lite mayo)  S - ice tea D - not sure either fish or chicken V - yes E - not today - unless you count running around doing errands W - working on it....

Help! New to this, I don't know what the acronyms mean. BUT Protein shake breakfast, 1 slice cheese, 1/2 cup chicken & rice soup, sugar free pudding for lunch.. Vitamins at night because they make me sick to my stomach and it is my rest day for exercise! Still on soft diet.  How'd I do?

Hi Heather you did fine LND - means last nights dinner LNS - ladst nights snack B - L - D - S - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snack Then V - Vitamins E - Exercise W - water intake Hope this helps.....keep up the good work.
