You have every right to be proud of yourself.. you look great DeAnna and getting up that hill at all is an accomplishment.. I know little things can bring you down. but keep your head up and forcus on the things that you have accomplished... the rest will come with time.. and like it was said before you will look back on this and laugh.. knowing that this will NEVER happen to you again!! You are up late like me! Thank you for the encouragement, I know I need to stay positive, I just really want to get to the point that I can do all the same things that everyone else can, and not have to be the "fat girl" anymore! LOL! I'm going to respond to your PM right now!

You are not the 'fat girl' DeAnna you are the Healthy girl now.. and don't forget that.. as the weight is coming off you have to let your mind accept that too. I have heard of a few people who keep that 'fat' mentality even after droping weight and it is not good at all... Just remember you are beautiful and you are working at being that healthy somebody you wanted to be.. See ya in a bit (((HUGS)))
