trying to conceive after wls

i had my wls nov '06 and ive evened out at about 75# down. i was right at the 100# mark to begin with so im a happy girl. im looking for any personal stories about trying to conceive after weight loss surgery. i came off the ortho patch in jan and im waiting for my cycles to regulate and be "normal" haha im charting my fertility stuff with fertilityfriend.com but the wait is agonizing.. how did yours go? how long did it take once you started trying? how much weight did you lose before that? did you meet your goal? thanks@

hi, well i had struggled to concieve due to irregular cycles then once i hit 367 then had surgery 7 1/2 months ago. i am now down 101lbs. Got off pill Dec 20, 2007, Af Jan 1st, 4 weeks later pregnant. I really didnt think it would happen so fast. so on my 6month post op announce to surgeon i was pg. the 2 weeks later found out we were having twins. i do think wls really helped in concieving sooo fast. good luck!
