L~chicken cheese qusedilla(sp?) 2 pieces

D~chicken with green beans........my favorite!!!

excrise~maybe go for a walk tonight with the dogs HAPPY TUESDAY EVERYONE!!!

Hey Willa! I'm on day 2 of the pouch test so I'm not supposed to be eating food - I did have some nuts yesterday and today! Looking forward to a scrambled egg in the morning!
