1 Month Out...an update!
I'm very happy with my progress!
WEIGHT: I searched for the hidden scale, found it and I am down 25 pounds! Not too shabby!
EXERCISE: This past week was exhausting and I only make it to the gym once. I did, however- walk on my lunch break and even though that's not really enough- it's something!
Food: So far, I haven't dumped at all! I have been sticking to softer foods and have discovered that sugar alcohols don't bother me at all...so I've added protein bars to my diet and that has really made a difference energy wise.
Calories: I'm getting between 600-800 a day. Closer to 700.
Protein and Water: No problems getting that in at all.
Vitamins: I take them religiously and just started my Calcium today
Side Effects: Luckly, I've only gotten a little sick to my stomach once or twice. My hair- so far- has not started to fall out yet! I'm still REALLY tired though!
All and all- I've been really lucky!
