Christmas to Easter...A best friends battle of Obesity!!!

Heather and I have been good friends for a bit over 2 years now.  She started preparing for her weight loss journey back in Sept 07 and I jumped on the band wagon in Oct 07.  Together we have been each others support system and inspiration.  Heather's husband is deployed and has not seen any pictures of her transformation and will be home in June to a new wife!  Unfortunatley, upon his return...they are moving to Spain.  I am so excited for them, but so sad that I am losing another really GREAT friend.  It is going to be hard for me, and I am having a hard time knowing she is leaving.  We will continue our weight loss battle together though via the internet and OH.Com.  

You two look great.  I'm very proud of you guys.  Are we still on for the BD Potluck on Saturday? Brian

What a great collage of you both!! You both look great and have done so well so far!!! Congrats to both of you!!! How exciting for Heather's hubby to come home to a new wife!  I'm sorry about you losing a friend, I know that is hard!! Spain is sooo far away too! But it will be a fun place for you to visit her! I don't know how you military wives do the whole thing...husbands gone too much, having to move around so much, having to lose friends! I have so much respect for you all!!! I don't think I could do it!  Enjoy the time you have left together and thank God for OH and computers!!! Keep up the great work and kudos to both of you!!!! biggest consoling hugs, Becky

Way neat! I know you are sad she will be leaving. But with the technology today you can video conference too!!!!
