I Threw out the Scale..........
OK, I did it, I threw out the scale............Well, it wasn't working right, I think I must have broke a while ago when I was at 355 lbs.......... So now I have to scale at Kaiser when I am out and about........I think this might work better. Just thought I would share.

NEVER GIVE UP .. 355 higest, 312 WLS day, 135 current, no longer OBEASE,, lost 220, and IM AT GOAL!!!!!!
Personally, I have to weigh myself first thing every morning. It keeps me honest. When I was heavy, I was really good at lying to myself and denying when the inches/pounds were piling on. I never got on the scale if I could avoid it. Now, I consider it an invaluable tool. The difference is I don't beat myself up, I just do something about it when the numbers start to trend up. It is much easier for me psychologically to deal with 2 or 3 pounds than 7 or 8. I make it a point to step on that scale, especially after I know I've over done it the day before. It's like an obnoxious relative that never lies, but it keeps me from lying to myself. So, call me a scale ho, but I would go nuts without my little digital conscience.
I'm just right around the corner from hitting my 2 year post mark....I too weigh myself every freak'n morning. I use it as a guide to constantly remind myself because my brain was not fixed....
Just make sure you're not getting into those munchy habits (snacking)....That is so hard to break because I sometimes do that...Ughhhh
Anyhow, just do your workouts....you must in order to keep up your weight loss...I know, we're all on this together....
