Today is my 3rd year out. And in about 2 weeks, it will be 3 years that my father passed away. I hope that no one takes this the wrong. But in away, I was lucky, only 2 weeks of surgery, I could not become the emotional eatier that I know I am. I have so far held it at bay. But, trust me when I say that its never to far away. I have learned to keep the "snack" food out of the house, or It WOULD be eaten. I know the battle you fight, but honey, YOU have done sooooo wonderful. I am jealous of you, and how great you have done, and I can only hope to do as well as you when I hit my 4 years.

Thank you for sharing. Thank you for inspiaring so many. Thank you for the surport and understanding you have offered sooo many.

Lu

Hey sweetheart! You are one of the most beautiful people, inside and out, and i am so happy that I can call you a friend!! I think a lot of us can attest to that few lbs coming back- I know looking at those pics from the SD lunch made me take a goood, hard look at things.  It is so hard not to be an emotional eater, but when you look at how we got fat in the first place (being unhappy, stressed...etc) you can see why it happens.  Although it shouldnt be an excuse, it is what it is.  Those emotions and our brains do havoc on our bodies!! Like I said, your beauty is NOT only skin deep. I am so glad that we have had time to be together and look forward to when we can again. Love you sweetie!  I know this year will hold great things for you!

Congratulations Stacie on your 4th year out! I think you have done remarkable for all you have been through! To say how could you not be an emotional eater woud be like saying I do not know how I possibly could be fat...I hardly eat a thing.

Thanks for your honesty and I wish you a good year ahead of you filled with much more positive events in your life. You surely deserve them! Kisses
