Jacuzzi time!!! OR NOT??

Helloooooo Cali question-Im jus over 5 weeks out, had lap RNY no drains. Incisions are healed. My surgery handbook says no BATH for up to 4 weeks...nothing about jacuzzi action. Soooo, do ya think Id be ok to go skinny dippin tonight? DH is getting is all fired up as I type!!! Thanks Happy Easter

Call your surgeon right now!!! I remember having to wait for the pool and jacuzzi a little longer than the bath. Maybe you have waited long enough!! Good luck and have fun. JudyAnne

In MY honest opinion...I had surgery 2 days after you...and I still have a bit that is not healed all the way...jacuzzi's are breeding grounds for germs...I would definately wait until you have talked to your doc. I would hate for you to get some germ in there and get sick!

Thank you for the responses! Sooooo, I decided to go in last night....it had been drained for a few months, DH cleaned it up, spent about 1/2 hour or so in there. I felt GOOD! Dang...Im going to miss our jacuzzi

...we are moving next week
