Welcome to the Cali board.  It's always nice to see new faces.  As to your questions you set you signatures by going into the user settings to the left of the screen.  As far as setting the weight tickers even though OH has a weight tracker I believe most of us go to tickerfactory.com here's the link http://www.tickerfactory.com/weight-loss Hope it works.  Once you finish you ticker you copy the picture of the ticker not the link and paste it in your signature. The smiley faces can be added by clicking on the link above to the right of the fonts or by going to smiley central (which I use)    Child Basket Hope that helps.  Again welcome and hope to here more from you.

Welcome to the Cali Board   If you look to your left on this page in the columm you will see the words "user settings". That is were you will find the place to insert your signature. I sure hope you find yourself very happy here. There is a lot of support and encouragment and a lot of friendly people. Take care and hope to see you around a lot. Have a wonderful day.

Hi! I don't know anything about smilies, but I just graduated from Kaiser's Option classes in Riverside. I had my orientation in June and started the classes in October. The classes are helpful and they go by quickly. Jennifer and Barbara are wonderful (I assume you are going through Riverside Preventative care). Use the time time to your advantage and get as healthy as possible and try not to listen to the negatives, as Kaiser does their darndest to talk you out of it. Also, if you can go to daytime classes, sign up for those since you can get in faster. There is a long wait-list for nighttime classes.

Thanks everyone for your help! I'll try and get that going soon. Congrats on graduating the Options classes... I did not know you had to do something so extensive before they would refer you for surgery. Oh well, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to become a healthier me! And thanks for the warm welcome!! I'm looking forward to having a place to go for support other than my poor husband. I've talked his ear off, the poor thing! Cheers!

39 lbs lost prior to surgery!

Hi and welcome to the Cali Board! This is a great place to learn about the process. I did Options classes in Orange County they go fast once you get started. Good luck on your Journey! Hugs, Lisa
