Good morning Janine and Cali! You ROCK Janine! What an incredible example of it works if you work it! I am down 2 pounds this week. Very excited about this as it puts me exactly where I wanted to be when I go see my Dr. for my one year follow up appt (which is today by the way) Hope everyone has a great hump day! Sue

Good Morning Cali Today I am 4 weeks out, down 33 pounds!!  Only 2 pounds to ONEDERLAND!!  And only about 15 pounds from my first mini goal...to weigh less than my husband!! All my clothes are falling off me...especially my pants...I had no ass to begin with, so I might go get some suspenders to keep em up!!  LOL

GOod morning all I'll play this morning - I am down 3 lbs from last wednesday....total loss of 105.6 lbs in 7 mos (well my 7 mo anniversary is tomorrow actually....I am so excited I just can't tell you. Not alot planned today - picking up the house, laundry, take a walk, maybe swim, and try to make some easter cards - nothing like waiting until the last minute since Ihave to get them in the mail tomorrow..... Everyone have a great hump day...

Good morning!  I'm reporting in because I am up this week, and I am determined to fix it!  I've had an extremely stressful couple of months, and am at a high weight since surgery, about 10 pounds from my regularly maintained number.  I'm not going to panic, though.  A group of us has a nice little challenge going on, and I think that's exactly what I need right now.  I'll report in here on Wednesday mornings.    Today I'm at 234.4.   Have a great day, everyone!

Hi Janine and Hi ALL!

Weight, maintaining at 147... still want to get down to 145 prior to plastics... UGH!!! I know, I know... don't fret over the last 2lbs. cause they'll be sliced off any way... lols... but I'm slightly... um type A... okay more than slightly type A... I'm an all or nothing gal... and feel the need to 'get there'...

I worked out on the weight machines 3 days last week and will have 4 days under my belt this week... outdoor walking and elliptical, treadmill with incline elevated and pace quickened and time added...

I know I've gained muscle... so that accounts for no loss this week... Clothes fit looser...

And Janine... you look MARVELOUS!!! Hoping and praying for flat abs like you gal!!!

I haven't been doing the official weigh in during the last couple months....didn't want to stress about the weight issues during marathon training.  I did keep my eye on it though and stayed within a few lbs. of my usual weight.   I am up 2 lbs this week to 159.9.  Time to start to get back on track...i will NOT let myself get back to the 160's.  I have been very comfortable in the mid 150's, but ultimately would like to get down to about 140-145.
