OK...so I have beat MORBIDLY OBESE and and am now SEVERLY OBESE. I have gone in and figured out the next steps for myself: 191 lbs (only 7lbs to go!!!) puts me at OBESE 164 lbs (only 34 lbs to go) puts me at SLIGHTLY OVERWEIGHT 136 lbs (only 62 lbs to go) puts me at HEALTHY AND...ONLY 73 lbs left to go till MY GOAL of 125!!! These goals look realistic to me for ONCE in my life!!!! Cheri
