Good Morning, I was hoping to jump in the car and get my nails done today, but she isn't working today.  Strange because I remember her being off on Mondays.  Oh well, I will have to look bad another day.  Only been a month.   PT yesterday was a killer.  I have a great range of motion in the knee, which is a good thing, but the pain that I am getting that NO ONE seems to know what it is, is not better.  I went to bed early last night and took my meds.  Then when Dougie came up I had him massage the leg.  PT is a killer, but the better I do at it the better I will be when this is all over.  Other than that, my days are pretty boring.  Not much to do, can't really do much.  My brain and body except for the legs, want to go go go, but then I stand up, and my brains say, "Hey, sit the hell back down"!  I am giving myself another month, and I had better be moving good and with less pain.   Ok I am off to do nothing now.  Hope everyone has a great day. Miss you sooo much my friend,    I can so relate, my head thinks I am 44, but my body is saying 88- I am so glad you are doing your Pt and giving it your all, as much pain as it is, you will be better off in the long run!             love ya, Chris

Hi there! Have real sporadic internet service here at my parents house...I have to glom on to the neighbors service...shhhh.... Anyway- yes, Dancing with the Stars...I had to watch for Carolla too!!!  I absolutely LOVE his show- but, he ain't gonna last- sad to say.   Back is about the same- no better, no worse.  But, it IS nice that I have my folks taking care of the kiddos.  Today, they took my two little ones down to Mission Bay for several hours to play at the park down there and I laid out in the back yard.  Gotta little red though...whoopsies.  No sunscreen in the house and I was too lazy to go out and get some.   We will be here until Sunday morning......enjoying the time down here to the fullest! big hugs!
