GETTING THIN...N...LOVING LIFE!!!
I went through the same thing starting about 4 weeks ago--right around the 5 week post op mark. Had two upper GI's and it all came back clean. I was throwing up at every meal.
So now I just back off. Eat veeeeeeeeeery slow, with tiny tiny bites, chewed until you are sick of chewing. It has been hard because at this point, there is ZERO fun in eating anymore. It is work, plain and simple. And since I don't really ever feel hungry, I usually sigh to myself , "I have to eat again?!" when it comes time.
When the time comes that I *do* throw up, I then go back on liquids for the next couple meals. I figure if I throw up, then I have probably irritated things a bit, and I want to give my stomach the chance the get happy again. So far, this has physically been working for me. The mental part of it sucks...
