Yeah it was great getting to know you also. Ironic how much we have in common and live so close to each other. I think it is way past cool really! I slept pretty good too as I did not stay up long after I made this initial post and just got up a few ago when I smelt the coffee! YAY Jeff!! Have a good walk you exercise bunny and a great day!!!

good morning Janine and Cali! Janine, I sure do hope you were able to get back to sleep before having to face the day. Looks like everyone had a wonderful time at the LB coffee. Sometimes the size of this state gets to me. Would love to make it one of these times, but it is SO far! Today is pancake day with SammiCakes then later this afternoon is the kids Easter Party at our local Moose Lodge. Sammi's Great Grandpa will be there and should be lots of fun. My Mom will make the traditional St. Patty's day meal but I don't know if it will be today or tomorrow. Hope everyone enjoys thier Sunday, no matter what the plan for the day is. Sue

Sue....love your new avatar...it just showed up on my computer here at home....I saw it on my school 'puter. You look great! I sure wish I could join Miss Pancake Sammi for some pancakes...that sounds so yummy! I have not touch a complex carb since before Christmas and as I told Kim yesterday those damn wheat thins on top of my fridge have been calling my name!

I refused to blow it at this point and want to keep going.....I keep telling myself those 10's sure taste a hell of a lot better! You know when I was a kid the local park department had this huge Easter Egg hunt thing every year at Chabot Park....it was awesome and they still had it even when my kids were young too. I took them every year and just loved it. I can hardly wait for my grandbabies to go to Easter egg hunts and dye eggs and all that fun stuff! Hope you have a good day friend and you know I had Jeff look up where you live....yeah this state is big for sure!!!!

Good Sunday Morning to you, and all the Cali Crew, Janine! How cool that you were able to make it to LB for the coffee yesterday! Long drive but sounds like it was worth it. Today we are having the family over for a St. Patrick's Day lunch and I need to suck down another cup of coffee (or three) and get my butt in gear soon. Hopefully it will not run into the evening so we have some time to clean up before bedtime! LOL Wishing everyone a wonderful Sunday! (((((BigBearHugz))))

Hi there all Yesterday was a blast for sure and once again - thank you so much to the out of towners that made the LOOONGG drive to join us.....LIke I said I love love love meeting new OH'ers. Hey Janine - you said no wind out in your area huh - well let me tell you - you must have sent it here cause it is blowing like a motha here. I am not happy at all about all the wind becaue my sisters and I have to drive to Banning today for a memorial/get together for my uncle who passed away in Nov. YUCK - I hate freeways and I hate wind so this will not be a pleasant drive at all. Shira - I am so sorry you had an accident - but so glad you are ok. We will have to do it again next time you are in town. Well time for me to have a cup of coffee and read the paper before I have to get ready for the day. Hugs to all and batten down the hatches and don't get blown away today.

I am about a half hour max from Banning Jean!!! It is kind of a mix bag of weather out here as San Jacinto mountain blocks a lot of stuff from coming into the valley here. It is partially cloudy with a bit of wind,but not the gale force we seemed to have the night before, but you never know what the day brings! I did indeed have a great time yesterday and as I was telling Jeff, I only wish I had had my camera when you realized it was me sittng there....the look on your face was priceless! Lori's too!!!!

Drive safe as there are many crazies on the road from your place to there!!!!

Morning all! Happily, I was sleeping when you first posted, Janine! I am not a morning person!!! It was SOOOO much fun meeting everyone at LB yesterday! I was a little nervous going, thinking I didnt know anyone, what would I talk about - but everyone was so friendly and I felt totally comfortable. I will be back - cant say how often...... Just grocery store kinda stuff planned for today. Well, Costco too. They have the best corned beef! Oh yeah, and cleaning house :) so yucky boring kinda day. But it has to be done. Enjoy your day :) kelly p.s. - all you St. Pats partiers - when you are drinkin your pint o' Guiness (hee hee) toast your friends with Slainte! (slancha) it is Gaelic for health!
