Long Beach Coffee Today

Okay after traveling many miles and getting lost even....Kim aka Madame Butterfly and I made it to he Long Beach Coffee today.I had never met any of them except for Lori C. Had a great time!! Here is a pic of all of us!!! And I will let Jean tell how I introduced myself....oh yeah and btw...just got in and Kim and I hit some snow on the 10!!!! Really enjoyed meeting all of you!

Janine... great time getting to know you and the girls at Long Beach coffee... that was one heck of a drive... now what the HELL is going on with my hair!!!

Thanks for driving... thru snow, sleet and hale... okay, I'm exagerating a tad... glad we finally met up...

What a fun time! Soooo good to "get out" and hang out with the girls for a bit...  Janine, you suprised me by showing up out here in LB 'hood! Glad you and Kim could drive out and see us, and glad you got home safely, even through snow!! OMG today was a blast and Janine -  you pulled a good one one me....so heres what happened:  I wait in line to order my drink.....I notice there are 2 gals sitting there, but I didn't pay much attention....(duh I was never expecting Janine and Kim to be there so wasn't even looking for them)  So I wait, then I order and as I turn around Janine says "hi Jean".....I stood there for a sec then blasted out OH MY GOD -  probably made an idiot of myself but who cares.....I was so excited to see them there.  It was awesome.  Janine - I am so so so glad I got to know  you today and thank you and Kim SO MUCH for making that LONG LONG drive to meet up with us. Who knows, maybe one day I will make a drive out to the desert and surprise you......although I am not a good freeway driver... We had a blast today FOR SURE - I am going to make a separate post with a link to my pictures.... So sorry Shira couldn't make it (since it was all for her to begin with).  But like Naomi said as we were leaving - I am always up for an impromptu coffee whenever anyone wants to go. So good to see everyone.

What a great surprise for the Long Beach girls! Great into to Jean!!! love it! Looks like a lot of fun was had.  I'm just back from vacation with hubby and catching up and see that you might trek down our way to join our lunch next Saturday!
